FIRST STEP

National Consultations

August – November 2020

FOCUS was a project that involved great amounts of research, learning, and debating. More than 170 people from 4 countries participated in the national consultations in Austria, Denmark, Italy, and Romania. Guided by the results of the foresight process (Future Trends), the participants discussed the trends and the competencies. A qualitative analysis of all inputs was done and a list of 55 key competencies was brought to light in a comprehensive research report.
