Through the FOCUS project, we aimed at developing a workplace learning policy that will offer valid insights to public authorities, decision-makers, organizations, and educational institutions on how to train and nurture such competencies from the perspective of 2030. The policy is based on all the project’s stages and results, including the Future Trends, Future Skills, and the Delphi Consultation Report.
